CRITICAL RESPONSE TALK TO 3PS
MANAGED SERVICES / OWNERSHIP AFTER LAUNCH

KEEP THE
BUSINESS MOVING.

Give the environment a defined operating model. 3PS connects platform operations, technical escalation, cybersecurity, lifecycle planning, and service governance across the systems your organization depends on.

500+ customers served.
Backed by 100+ professionals and technical resources across our delivery network.

A CLEAR WAY TO START

An operating scope and monthly work plan

What to bring

Bring your systems, locations, current team, and the responsibilities you want covered.

What the work produces

Define the covered environment, transition, monthly operating work, reporting, roadmap priorities, escalation responsibilities, and commercial proposal.

We confirm the scope, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities before work begins.

DELIVERED WORK / MANAGED SECURITY

A coordinated program around the operating environment.

3PS connected security controls, direct SOC monitoring, managed response, and escalation responsibilities for an organization that needed a more coordinated security program.

READ THE SECURITY ENGAGEMENT
THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT

WHO OWNS THE ENVIRONMENT AFTER IT GOES LIVE?

An installed platform still needs monitoring, maintenance, access management, recovery checks, vendor coordination, and decisions about change. As locations and applications grow, unclear responsibilities can become the operating risk.

3PS can own a defined service scope or work alongside your internal IT team. The starting point is the systems, sites, users, business dependencies, and responsibilities in the engagement. That makes the coverage understandable before the service begins.

THE 3PS SCOPE

ONE OPERATING MODEL. CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES.

Managed IT services

Establish responsibility for the agreed environment, with support processes, platform maintenance, monitoring, access administration, and vendor coordination. Define the systems covered and how service issues move from intake to resolution.

Co-managed IT services

Extend an internal team with additional technical depth, operational capacity, or responsibility for selected platforms. Set ownership boundaries, escalation paths, change approval, and documentation so both teams work from the same plan.

Infrastructure operations

Operate the agreed cloud, server, storage, networking, identity, endpoint, and recovery infrastructure. Connect configuration knowledge, capacity, maintenance, and recovery validation to the applications and business processes they support.

Governance & continuous improvement

Review service patterns, risks, lifecycle needs, technical debt, and improvement priorities. Bring senior engineering, security, sourcing, and advisory into decisions that need more than a routine service action.

FROM SCOPE TO ACCEPTANCE

SET THE SERVICE UP TO SUCCEED.

  1. 01

    Define coverage

Inventory platforms and locations, identify dependencies, and agree what each team owns.

  2. 02

    Transition deliberately

Establish access, documentation, monitoring, vendor contacts, change control, and escalation procedures.

  3. 03

    Review the operation

Use an agreed service cadence to review incidents, risks, capacity, lifecycle requirements, and improvement work.

Readiness starts at $5,000 per month, Operations at $10,000 per month, and Critical Systems at $15,000 per month, with an annual commitment. Enterprise and global programs are custom scoped. Coverage, availability, response commitments, included systems, and project work are defined in the agreement.

THE ONGOING ENGAGEMENT

WHAT YOUR MONTHLY ENGAGEMENT CAN INCLUDE.

The monthly service scope connects continuing technical work to a clear account of what changed, what needs attention, and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Operate and oversee

Ongoing monitoring, engineering oversight, security management, and escalation handling across the systems and responsibilities in scope.

  2. 02

    Coordinate and improve

Vendor management, roadmap execution, agreed project management, budgeting assistance, and continuous optimization around business priorities.

  3. 03

    Report and guide

Review completed work, open issues, security and infrastructure concerns, roadmap progress, and the next decisions with executive technology guidance.

These are examples of monthly work and review outputs. The agreement defines the included services, deliverables, covered systems, resources, reporting, and review arrangements. It also identifies separately scoped projects, tools, and Critical Response work.

COMPARE ONGOING ENGAGEMENTS
BEFORE THE ENGAGEMENT

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS.

01Can we retain our existing internal IT team?

Yes. A co-managed engagement can assign 3PS specific platforms, operational responsibilities, or escalation work while your team retains the agreed internal roles and decision authority.

02What do we receive each month?

Your scope defines the continuing operating work and the reporting and review outputs. These can include monitoring, engineering and security oversight, vendor coordination, progress on agreed roadmap work, open issues and next actions, and executive technology guidance.

03Are cybersecurity and major projects automatically included?

They are scoped explicitly. Establish which security services, engineering work, projects, sites, and response responsibilities belong in the agreement, rather than treating every requirement as covered by a tier name.
