CRITICAL RESPONSE ↗TALK TO 3PS
AGREEMENT ON FILE / 3PS

THE PAPERWORK.
BEFORE THE PRESSURE.

Put terms, authority, contacts, and an environment brief on file before an outage. Preparing the administrative path helps reduce delays when the business needs a technical response.

500+ customers served.
Backed by 100+ professionals and technical resources across our delivery network.

AGREEMENT ON FILE

NO MONTHLY FEE.
NO OBLIGATION.

This is not a retainer. There is no monthly service obligation and no credentials held by 3PS. The purpose is to have emergency paperwork, contacts, and environment context ready before an incident.

Requesting an agreement starts the preparation process. An on-file agreement does not reserve engineering capacity or guarantee response availability. Confirm availability, authority, and the engagement scope when you call.

WHAT GOES ON FILE

THE TERMS.
THE PEOPLE. THE CONTEXT.

Terms

Master service agreement, emergency response terms, approval path, billing contact, and who can authorize work when time matters.

Authority

Named contacts for business approval, technical access, legal or insurance routing, and after-hours escalation.

Environment brief

A short map of critical systems, cloud tenants, MSPs, vendors, backups, and known constraints. Brief only. No password escrow.

Response path

What 3PS needs first, how remote access starts, when onsite work makes sense, and what evidence gets captured before changes happen.

PREPARATION THAT STAYS USEFUL

AGREE THE PATH.
KEEP IT CURRENT.

Without preparation, procurement, legal, insurance, authority, billing, and access questions all compete with the technical response. An agreement on file lets those administrative questions be addressed earlier.

  1. 01

    Prepare before an incident

Review the terms, approval contacts, environment brief, and response path. The agreement and evidence-handling language should be reviewed with counsel before first use.

  2. 02

    Confirm the engagement when needed

Call the emergency line, confirm availability and authority, establish access through approved contacts, and agree on triage, evidence capture, and the next action.

  3. 03

    Refresh annually

Confirm contacts, vendors, critical systems, and backup ownership before the old brief becomes inaccurate. Update the administrative and response path as the environment changes.

A recovery-readiness audit, tabletop, or retainer can be a separate next step when the need is established. Agreement On File does not create that additional engagement.

THE PRACTICAL
QUESTIONS.

Is this a monthly retainer?

No. Agreement On File prepares emergency terms, authority, contacts, and an environment brief before an outage. It does not create a monthly service obligation.

Do you hold passwords?

No. 3PS keeps an environment brief, not credential escrow. Access is confirmed through approved contacts when an engagement starts.

Why do this now?

Pre-signed terms and current contacts can reduce administrative delays, leaving more of the initial conversation for triage, evidence capture, and the response plan.
