CRITICAL RESPONSE TALK TO 3PS
MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS / STANDARDS INTO EVERY LOCATION

MANY LOCATIONS.
ONE STANDARD.

Carry the technical standard from design into the field across the United States. 3PS connects architecture, hardware and software sourcing, staging, nationwide field technician coordination, installation, and operating ownership.

500+ customers served.
Backed by 100+ professionals and technical resources across our delivery network.

DELIVERED WORK / MULTI-LOCATION ORGANIZATION

THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE ROLLOUT REPEATABLE?

Sites share a business standard, but they rarely share every physical condition. Carrier service, access, power, equipment, cabling, local dependencies, and opening schedules can all affect installation. Those differences belong in the plan before a technician arrives.

The deployment method connects a standard architecture to the requirements of each location. A repeatable bill of materials, staging process, site-readiness review, installation sequence, and acceptance record make the program easier to coordinate and expand.

THE 3PS SCOPE

DESIGN THE STANDARD. PLAN THE EXCEPTIONS.

Architecture & technical standards

Define networking, wireless, security, servers, endpoints, and remote management around the operating requirements. Establish which configurations are standard and how legitimate site exceptions are reviewed and recorded.

Hardware, licensing & staging

Connect procurement to the approved specifications, compatibility, support coverage, licensing, and delivery schedule. Prepare equipment and configurations before installation so onsite work begins from a known baseline.

Site readiness & deployment

Coordinate access, carrier dependencies, power, cabling, equipment delivery, installation windows, and field resources. Define the validation required at the location and how unresolved dependencies are escalated.

Remote management & lifecycle

Register the delivered environment with the agreed management and support processes. Maintain site records, configuration knowledge, asset and licensing information, and responsibility for maintenance, security, and lifecycle changes.

FROM SCOPE TO ACCEPTANCE

ACCEPT EACH SITE AS PART OF THE PROGRAM.

  1. 01

    A repeatable design

Document the technical baseline, bill of materials, site prerequisites, and permitted exceptions.

  2. 02

    A coordinated rollout

Sequence staging, shipment, installation, validation, and issue escalation across locations.

  3. 03

    An operating handoff

Confirm remote visibility, documentation, support ownership, and the completed site acceptance.

3PS uses a distributed U.S. technician network and supports global engagements. The delivery plan confirms technical resources, travel, logistics, site requirements, scheduling, and service commitments for the locations in scope.

BEFORE THE ENGAGEMENT

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS.

01Can 3PS handle procurement as well as installation?

Yes. Hardware and software sourcing can be connected to the architecture, staging, deployment, and ongoing operating scope, with commercial and logistical requirements defined for the program.

02Can the same program cover locations outside South Florida?

Yes. Nationwide delivery is part of 3PS’s operating model. Leadership is based in South Florida, technicians are distributed across the United States, and global requirements can be discussed as part of the engagement.
